Though he in the flesh is gone "Many memories live on" Of the great Rev. H. C. Ross A man of ambition Who planned for you That one day his dreams And yours would come true. His words of wisdom were understandng For he truly was a great companion. He worked during the day; He worked during the night; His daily prayer, Was based on equal rights, We are proud of the things he has done; Hearts he has lightened And respect he has won. Though he left us in serious case A competent principal has filled his place Within our hearts you're not really gone For your works and achievements Will live on and on. Your stay with us has been rather short, But your accomplishments, Will live in our hearts.
